Meet Kami Roti, a member of the front office staff, involved in computer systems management, purchasing, sales and marketing. Kami helps keep the computer systems running, and works to fix any glitches or down-time we might experience with software programs, websites, etc. She also researches new programs or add-ons that may improve our efficiency or make life easier for the other office staff.
Kami handles all purchasing of raw materials, inventory, and supplies. She works to find discounts and savings in all areas that we can then pass on to our customers.
Kami also helps set up new distributors, find existing distributors for end users, and grow the international side of business. Precision does very little marketing, but the efforts we do make come from Kami. This might be a piece of promotional material, an email blast about a new product, a little social media outreach, etc. Similarly, Kami works with all private-label customers to help design and set up custom labels, as well as designing Precision’s labels.
