Meet Sam Neumann, another young new member of our production team, who joined us part-time and has quickly stepped up to fill some of the difficult production positions.
Making cards is no easy task. A thin spaghetti strip of treated paper with adhesive backing must be applied in a straight line at a certain position on a plastic card. This process is done by hand without a guide, and not everyone can do it well. Sam, however, has stepped up to the plate to become an excellent and speedy card maker.
He also works on labeling vials, prepping packaging, and some of the other daily production jobs that need to be done.
Sam is an ideal employee, always on time, taking breaks on time, and working diligently throughout his shift. He has been a great addition to our production team, and we are so thankful he joined us!
