Meet Lisa Stansberry, fulfiller of our largest blanket orders. Lisa joined us 4 years ago as an addition to the production team. She learned the ins and outs of all aspects of production before joining Matt Burke on the blanket order team.
When Matt became our full-time cutter, Lisa stepped up to oversee fulfillment of the blanket orders. A few of our largest distributors submit blanket POs for several monthly releases of each product. It’s a challenge to keep track of, so we created a separate production team to handle these orders.
As this part of the business continued to grow, we also created a separate production space for the blanket order team. They are now cranking out a significant amount of business every month for some of our largest customers. Lisa makes sure that orders are always fulfilled on time, and are received on the requested date. It’s not easy to keep track of, but she does it with great success.
Lisa is a dog-lover and is very compassionate towards animals. She always good for a laugh, and she tells it like it is. She works hard, and she knows what needs to be done on daily basis. When she is ahead of the game on blanket orders, she still helps out the other production crew. She has been an excellent addition to the Precision team, and she consistently handles a significant part of our business.
